Travis K. Twitchell

Travis K. Twitchell is a Managing Partner of Bowler Dixon & Twitchell LLP. He practices primarily in the areas of estate planning, probate, real estate, business law and litigation. Mr. Twitchell earned a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration from Southern Utah University and a Juris Doctor degree from the J. Reuben Clark Law School, Brigham Young University. His experience includes the handling of complex, multi-party litigation. Mr. Twitchell has successfully handled commercial lawsuits involving multi-million dollar damage claims, complex discovery issues, and multiple defendants through resolution. Mr. Twitchell has also successfully litigated probate, trust, and guardianship disputes. Mr. Twitchell has been an instructor on probate practice. Mr. Twitchell is a member of the State Bar of Nevada and is licensed to practice before all Nevada State Courts, the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada, and the U.S. Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
